Lance was the first person my husband and I met when we started looking to possibly buy on SGI. We now consider him a close friend. He went above and beyond when he sold us our slice of Heaven. He was there every step of the way to help with any questions and fears we had. No matter when I called him (3 hour time difference between us), he never made us feel any question was silly. He’s just the best. There really isn’t more I can say without writing an essay about how great and easy he was to work with.
