Commercial real estate is very different from residential real estate. In many instances, commercial brokers do just that – and do not compromise themselves in residential real estate. Well! We do both – and we do both well. We add to our commercial approach the human factor so important in residential real estate.
This said, we offer qualifications, track-record and experience:
- Qualifications. The CCIM designation is the National Association of REALTORS’ “PhD” in commercial real estate. Check it out at www.ccim.com. Our broker, Olivier, received his CCIM designation in 2001.
- Track-record. Our broker closed hundreds of acres of commercial properties. He worked for banks, syndications, not-for-profit organizations, private clients and publicly traded companies – assisting all of them in the acquisition or disposition of real property in NW Florida.
- Experience. Some of our team members have banking and commercial real estate experience. They will be the ones working for you. Furthermore, we favor putting together “listing teams” that tend to be more efficient than a single listing agent in the case of substantial commercial listings.
