Selling three homes in AL, then moving to PCB to be by my daughter building a custom built home; after 7 yrs and the bidding war, I decided to sell. Listing my home with one of the biggest companies, thinking it would move in a few days to no avail, I started researching Realtors and found Lynn. She and her Associate were very prompt, efficient, came into my home personally with business attire on not shorts, for an Open House with appetizers and enthusiasm to move my home. I had a contract in two weeks!!! I have used her again since with same experience.
