Hello, my name is Christopher Rose. I’m proud to call Florida’s Forgotten Coast home and even prouder to help others find their place here. As a lifelong Carrabelle local with deep roots in the Panhandle, I bring a personal connection to every transaction and a genuine love for this community.

In my first year as a real estate agent, I successfully closed deals across a wide variety of property types including residential homes, commercial properties, investment rentals, and vacant land. From coastal cottages to acreage and mixed use buildings, I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate the markets of Franklin, Gulf, Wakulla, and Liberty Counties with confidence.
