Lance and Anchor Realty made it possible for us to purchase a great 5BR beach home after comparing several available homes for features, value, and rental income potential on St George Island. Lance was readily available for tours on short notice and able to gather information from sellers promptly. Quick answers really helped move the offer and closing process along. An added bonus is Lance’s network of support services from property management to insurance brokerage and even lenders. If I sell, I hope Lance is still in the area. If I wanted to buy a third beach home, I would ask Lance to help find one and know we could close the deal.
