Your professionalism, courtesy, respect, and being on TOP OF EVERYTHING (even if it “wasn’t your job”) was a breath of fresh air! You have turned a “horrible situation” into a smooth transition. Jackie with Anchor Realty Florida did an absolutely amazing job working with us.  The task started out to be something that seemed simple and straightforward.  We wanted to sell our vacant lot.  After a period of time, it was decided to split the lot into half, so both heirs could do as they pleased with their half.  Working with Jackie, we set out to do that.  She led us down the path of going before the zoning commission to make sure we did things correctly.  We were approved for the split.  Then we had to go before the county commission to get their approval.  After sitting through 3 county commission meetings, they did not initially approve it because they needed it done differently.  So paperwork was filled out and we went back before the zoning commission with the new method.  Once again, they approved it.  Then back before the county commission who finally approved the split.  Jackie sat very patiently through at least 7 meetings between the two commissions, answered questions about what we were doing and correcting any misstatements that were made.  She went so far above what she had to do!  Once everything was completed, she listed the property once again.  Within 3 days, the property had a solid offer on it and at the end of the next month, it was closed.

Paige Joseph is awesome, she is very knowledgeable on the market and her communication is excellent. I’ve dealt with a number of realtors all across the country and she is definitely a 10 out of 10.
