As the daughter of a career Army Chaplain, Wendy has enjoyed the immense blessing of living and traveling all over the U.S. and abroad. Florida also holds a special place in Wendy’s heart, since both her parents were born and raised in the Florida panhandle—along with multiple generations of her {very large!} extended family. So, it’s no surprise that Wendy’s priceless memories of family summers spent on Florida’s sugar sand beaches carried her back to Florida’s hidden gem: the ‘Emerald Coast.’

Before entering real estate, Wendy built a successful career as a trusted business consultant for top-tier companies and government agencies across multiple sectors, including real estate development, higher education/academic research, telecommunications, and insurance.
