Travis Huckeba

Born and raised in Apalachicola, Florida, I have spent my entire life along the beautiful Forgotten Coast and have a deep connection to the area and its communities. Before beginning my career in real estate, I proudly served as a Florida Fish and Wildlife Officer for 10 years while also working as a professional fishing guide.

For over 26 years, I have guided anglers along the Gulf Coast from Carrabelle, Florida to New Orleans, Louisiana. Through that experience I have built strong relationships with clients from all over the world, many of whom return year after year. Those relationships have become the foundation of my approach to real estate—treating every client like family.

What I love most about real estate is the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and help them discover the beauty and lifestyle of the Forgotten Coast. Whether I’m on the water or showing property on land, I spend my days sharing the area I’m proud to call home.

I specialize in income-producing properties but work with a wide variety of real estate including waterfront homes, land, and hunting camps. No matter the property, I am committed to working hard for every client and making sure they feel confident and supported throughout the process.
