Raised on a farm in Southwest Georgia, Stan spent years visiting the Gulf Coast and developed a deep appreciation for the laid-back lifestyle and natural beauty that make Panama City Beach such a special place to call home.

Having traveled extensively across the country and lived in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee for over a decade, Stan offers a broad perspective and a strong understanding of what clients are looking for—whether they’re relocating, investing, or searching for their perfect coastal retreat.

Stan’s background sets him apart. With hands-on experience in building and selling multiple homes, he understands the construction process from the ground up and has a keen eye for quality, value, and potential.
