Shirley Nicholson

Shirley has 20 years of experience in real estate which started in the Chicagoland area. She has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix in Science and Business with an emphasis in Hotel Management. She was a property manager for a 32-unit townhome complex for three years converting rental units into property owners. Great customer service has always been number one to Shirley and keeping customers informed in every step of the process whether buying or selling a home. Her passion is finding the perfect home for the first-time buyer, or helping an existing homeowner sell their home because they outgrew their home or a need to downsize.

She lived in the Chicagoland area for most of her life until moving to Florida where one of her children resides, one in southern Alabama, and another in the Chicagoland area. She enjoys oil painting landscapes and seascapes, traveling, cooking, family time, Disney and Universal with the kids/grandkids, and of course the endless sunny and tropical-like beaches.
