Prior to becoming a real estate professional, I enjoyed a 30-year career as a youth services director. During that time, I was not only responsible for ensuring that we provided exceptional services to the kids in our care but also to their families. The satisfaction derived from having the opportunity to serve others is great. I experience the same level of satisfaction each time I help someone meet their real estate needs and goals. The goals I set for myself when I chose to pursue a professional real estate career 12+ years ago are all customer service centered.
