Penny Hall

Penny has worked in many aspects of real estate, going back 25 years. She started as a real estate paralegal. She then owned a mortgage company. She travelled across the United States for several years as a national sales representative for an apartment company; her mission was to increase occupancy for various apartment communities. Penny not only has a Florida Real Estate License but also possesses a Community Association Manager License enabling her to run Homeowners’ Associations and Condominium Owners’ Associations. Penny also is the President of the Carrabelle Chamber of Commerce. Her wealth of knowledge and vibrant personality are keys to her success.

Penny is also deeply rooted in the Forgotten Coast community. Her family has been for 7 generations in Franklin County and is thus most familiar with the area. With her past work experience, including real estate sales, loan origination, title work, and preparation of closing documents, she has a wealth of knowledge to offer her clients.
