Hi, I’m Kim, a local Realtor serving Bay County and the surrounding areas.
I’ve called this area home since 1976, so my connection to Bay County goes back a long way. I’ve watched our communities grow and change over the years, and I love being able to use that local knowledge to help people who already call this area home as well as those who are just discovering it.

I believe real estate is about so much more than buying or selling a house. It’s about home, and I know that deciding to make a move is a big decision. My approach is simple.
