Steve and Joy, born and raised in the small town of Bainbridge, Georgia, have been married for 30 years. They have four children, Steven, John Michael, Gabriel, all residing in Panama City Fl and Julia Raye, who is a Junior at Bainbridge High School. Steve and Joy also reside in Panama City, Florida, where they enjoy spending time with their children, fishing, wildlife, and their daughter’s competition dance team.

Joy is a Florida State University graduate with a degree in Social Work and 27 years in a successful professional photography business, and she is adding her love for real estate to her journey. Joy has an eye for detail and an understanding of visual storytelling. Joy has a love for architecture, landscapes, and interiors and is thrilled to work with future buyers and sellers. Joy believes every home has a unique story to tell, and her background in photography will allow her to showcase properties in their best light, helping clients visualize their future.

After spending more than 30 years in property management, Steve is adding a new venture in real estate. As an experienced farm manager with a strong knowledge of timber, farmland, and the restoration of historic barns, Steve has cultivated a deep appreciation for the land and its potential. His passion for wildlife conservation further enhances his understanding of the natural world, allowing him to see the beauty and value in every property. Steve can leverage his expertise to help clients find their perfect piece of land or a dream home using his keen eye for property potential and a commitment to preserving the rural landscape.
