Jay is a 25-year Veteran of the US Air Force, 20 years as a Captain with Southwest Airlines; and now Real Estate Agent. He has been in property management for 30 years, to include short and long term, residential and vacation properties. With a MBA from Columbia, he has worked in personal finance, and civic institutions managing multi-million-dollar budgets. Currently a City Commissioner with Valparaiso, Florida.
