James Little brings a strong work ethic, genuine passion for people, and a deep appreciation for Florida’s Emerald Coast to his real estate career. Having spent much of his life visiting the Gulf Coast, with family ties to the area dating back decades, James has long considered Northwest Florida a special place.

After living in South Florida, James and his wife, Angie, chose to make Walton County their home, drawn to the area’s natural beauty, strong sense of community, and distinctive coastal lifestyle.
