William (Bill) Clatfelter

A US Air Force member/veteran since 1984, Bill was on active duty from 1984 to 2004 as an Aircraft Technician on F-16 Fighter jets and a Classroom Training Instructor on firearms.  He retired from active service and additionally served as a DOD Civil Servant in the Security Specialist career field for the US Air Force.

While stationed with the US Air Force at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska in the 1995 to 2007 time frame, Bill became a licensed Realtor.  Affiliating with local brokers in the Omaha, NE area, NP Dodge Corp and Century 21 Hansen Realty, and was a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors.  During this time he developed a sold skill set in VA, FHA and Conventional mortgage processing, property management, customer- lender relationship management and became well versed in the Comparative Market Analysis/Broker Opinion of Value processes.  Those and many additional skills contributed to a successful foray into the profession as a Realtor.

A graduate of the Bob Hogue School of Real estate in Florida in 2021, Bill brings his unique perspective and experience to the Anchor Team.  With an energetic hands-on approach and academic mind-set, he will provide Anchor’s customers an informed approach to commercial, residential and business/investor opportunities in real estate.  He completely believes in the “service before self” approach to customer service – valuing the client’s total satisfaction and goal attainment above all other concerns.

Bill holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management and resides in Crestview, Florida.  He enjoys salt-water fishing, cooking, wellness/fitness and playing guitar/songwriting.
