Teresa Thompson

Teresa was born in the Midwest and is an Illinois native. She was raised on and managed her family’s farm for the last 25 years.  Teresa’s background in ag has lead her to various training in finance and business management. She holds a B.A. in Graphic Arts. She is also a nationally certified equipment appraiser with the American Society of Farm Equipment Appraisers license #08138

After vacationing to  the emerald coast over the last 13 years she  finally decided to move to her dream location.

Her interest in home renovations and appraisals has lead her to discover a desire to work with individuals and families to find their dream properties.  She will work diligently to help you achieve your dream location too!

If Teresa isn’t showing or researching properties she will be found enjoying the beach, spending time with her dogs and family or starting another home renovation project.
