I am back as a real estate agent after moving out of state to build homes in Ohio and Virginia for a few years. Before building homes, I was a successful Realtor for an extremely well known agency down in the Clearwater market. I don’t build homes anymore, but I am still an active real estate investor. As a real estate agent, I concentrate my efforts in the new Fanning Bayou subdivision, which is a premiere waterfront subdivision with a resort-style pool where you or anyone else would be proud to raise a family. I should know, I am proud to be a part of that community. Although I will say it’s tough seeing Dolly bring in her cute little dolphin babies to teach them how to fish! Stealing our fish, right in our backyard! Gus, our pelican, diving for fish, Blue Heron, Eagles, and even the deer that visit us quite often from their home in the designated wilderness area across the street, we love it.
