Theresa Applegate

I grew up in Smalltown, Ohio where everyone knew everyone – especially my grandmother! I moved to Panama City in the summer of 2005 to join my mother and sister. I have spent 20+ years in the service industry and know the value of great customer service. With a part time job in property management, my interest in Real Estate developed into a desire to enter the real estate industry. I began my career over 2 years ago and really enjoy what I do. Seeing a smile on my clients’ face is my best reward. I spend my free time with my with family and learning new things about this always changing (and challenging) business. I am also an animal lover and have chosen to donate a portion of every commission to animal charities. I will work hard to find your Dream Home so that I am able to give back to animals in need.
